This is a Fine Scale Miniatures branded model for HO scale model trains. It has never been assembled and includes all original pieces unopened (unless otherwise packed loose from factory). My grandfather bought this along with hundreds of other kits to build when he retired but he never did. It has expected yellowing to the box/instructions, has a strong wood smell from the type of wood used and old paper smell from the instructions. Comes from a pet and smoke free home, packaged with care to prevent damage during transit.
If you do purchase this kit I would love to see a photo of the finished model. My grandfather bought these to build together and we didn't get a chance before his vision went.
