1930's art deco Russel wright era ceiling light lamp chase copper and brass co ? Wow ! I just love this ! From a 120 year old home remodel ! Thick ridged and ribbed clear satin glass shade 8" D snuggles up to a 10" base which was probably polished aluminum which someone painted or it came with the white paint on it ? Love the heavy chrome.ball screw cap ! Held up with the older thinner steel or iron screw mechanism. Look at the wires .... Not covered in silk but not covered in plastic yet .... Some kind of waxy paper or cloth burlap coating ? This was being used up until last week. It MAY have been made by the Chase Copper and Brass company or it may even be a Russel Wright design ????? This is super ueber art deco design .... Looks contemporary but it's super old .....a cutting age design at the time .... Way ahead of it's time. Shade has no chips. Super safe safe shipper w 28 years experience !
