Tried to reset before shipping, and now the laptop turns on but it sits in the question mark screen /unresponsive. Took it to Apple and they said it needs a new motherboard/logic board. eBay’s sells them for around 100 dollars each. I’m not tech savvy and will not attempt to fix it :’) the pictures of the computer are recent before I tried to reset, everything worked perfectly before.
