This set include miniature dollhouse versions of the Green Hill House, Rose Cottage, Lakeside Lodge, Woodland Lodge, Forest Restaurant, Village School and Library, toy miniature house, Sylvanian Cottage Clinic Toy box (custom-made), Sylvanian Campervan Toy box (custom-made), dollhouse book (custom-made), 6 rolls of assorted wallpaper designs (custom-made), book display case, a display shelf, hanging sign, and 5 bitty furniture pieces. There is some minor sticker peeling on the miniature toy houses, and fading on the edges of the roof.
Building and accessories come in very good to good condition without box. Retired set from 2008.
