A piece of history SO RAD!
The zipper has a little bit of rust on it and has left a tiny bit of rust on the inside part that goes over the zipper but it’s on the inside and doesn’t show on the outside. The staples where the store tag were attached have also rusted leaving a tiny rust spot. I have not tried treated it and it may come out but it’s at the top of the waistband.
Vintage size 14 and would fit a size 0/2 today. See dimensions. Waist is high rise and approx 25”
