Casper the friendly Ghost Whipstaff Manor Playset. All but 3 peices I believe. From what I can research it is only missing a flashlight tower piece, a black and green slime circle bucket another piece that goes on the bottom left hand room like a carnival looking peice is what it reminds me of. Nor sure exactly what it is.. a brand new one of these in box is listed online for 345.00 and I can only find that 1 left in box. Some others have the castle with no pieces for 80 bucks and the Castel with some pieces for 180 to 250. Open to offers no low balls. I will wash this up before shipping very clean qtip it up and all. Pretty good condition the floor yellow and spiraled with a darker orange is peeling a little I have taped it down with crystal clear scotch tape so it doesn't get worse
