Vintage Toleware Italian Style Daisy Flowers Metal Ceiling Swag Light Chandelier

The prisms are plastic. They are not original to the piece. There is space for 6 more on the white part of the base. There is some paint wear as pictured. I have not tested it, so I’m unsure if the cord works. The chain is about 10-11 ft. long and the cord is longer. One of the candle bases is cracked as pictured.
