i used this macbook as a college student, i used it for my bachelors and for the first bit of my masters
it works well and was great for school, just upgraded
the only issue i had was it won’t download lockdown browser which i needed for my masters and i couldn’t use the camera so for recordings i needed to use my ipad
it is factory reset and comes with the case, mouse, and charger
