This is a hard to find Adult Prestige Evil Queen with Crown, Disney Costume.
Size shows this will fit the following:
Chest 38" - 40"
Waist 29" -32"
Hips 41" - 42"
Height 5'6 to 5'8
Weight 135 - 145 lbs
Because you can tie the rope waist tie to fit, this could fit a woman who is a little smaller than sizes shown above as I am only 120 lbs and smaller than listed sizes and it worked just fine for me with an underlayer of clothing.
Comes with purple robe with rope waist tie, black fabric headdress, gold crown, with red and black cape. In good condition! Clean.
The crown has a very slight crease in it (see photo) but when wearing it on your head it smooths out.
