Antique Gold Tone Filagree Necklace With Golden Amber Stone

Whew there’s a little bit to unload about this necklace! First, it photographs terrible! Absolutely awful, no matter what I try! This is a delicate, gorgeous piece of artwork though. Purchased from an estate of a former antique dealer. This was in their private collection. Estimate dating is mid 1890’s to late 1910’s. The center stone is a gold amber stone. It is fairly light in color. There is a chip on 1 corner. In the photos it looks like a dark line of something, but it’s where it chipped. It isn’t very noticeable just looking at it though. The filigree putter portion is pretty amazing. Delicate, gorgeous, awe inspiring, just as it should be! I actually have no idea if this is real gold or not. It could be just because of the time period it was from, but I’m not selling as a gold piece. This does need to be cleaned in the most gentle way possible. I am unfamiliar with cleaning antique jewelry and do not want to chance ruining it!
