I purchased this watch almost a year ago at Jared Jewlers for 30% off as it was a floor model and I never wore it. The face is flawless, zero scratches at all as its brand new however the clasp of the bracelet band (which no one can see but you) has a scrach from customers trying the watch on several times in the store. (as seen in photo above)
