The dress can be worn 2 ways: with the tie around the neck or with the tie on the side.
Length 40"
Pit to pit 20" (however it may be adjusted by the neck strap).

Condition: The main fabric is in great condition with no flaws. However, the blue sheer layer has multiple snags. Please see the last photo for the example of the flaws. The dress overall seems unworn beside imperfections on the sheer part of the dress.
