Fostoria Artichoke Glass Vase UV Glow 11” Rare 1891

Fostoria Artichoke Glass Vase is 11” H. Base is 5” D at base. Mouth is 3” D. It glows green under 365 UV Light. It is heavy 3 lbs 10 oz. It does have some minor flaws to its base. It has 4 tiny nicks to the base top edge. A few nibbles to it underneath as well and one chip. Please see all pictures. 8-11 shows flaws. These are minor and can be felt when running finger around bottom edge. It Displays beautifully. Top rim is perfect. No chips to rim or body of vase. Reasonable offers will be considered. This exquisite vase was introduced by "Fostoria" in 1891, with only a Pattern number of "184". The vase was available in 9", 11, and 14", and in both clear crystal and a combination of frosted with clear. It was one of the early pressed glass patterns that were part of the Victorian glass items produced by Fostoria in the 1890's. Very heavy, thick walled Vase~ it sparkles with quality.This vase is perfect, and an extremely hard to find example of early "Fostoria".
