Beautiful vintage Victorian cobalt blue glass lustre with clear prisms and unusual clear attachment before cobalt blue base. Pictures cannot do this beauty justice. Would be stunning with either a candle or flowers in center. Very heavy and prisms will be removed to keep them safe during shipment, easily reattached. Condition is used, but much better than good!
