It’s in great condition, I don’t collect anymore or I’d definitely get this one graded. I didn’t want to take it out of the bag and board for pictures risk messing it up so I took pictures from every angle to show as much reference of condition as possible. Pages are ever so lightly yellowed on the edges as seen in pictures, aside from that and I’m no professional, but I can’t see any alarming imperfections. Even the staples seem perfect on the seam.
