A truly stunning vintage necklace made of high grade, natural turquoise chunky beads. There are small bench beads between the strands, and the tube beads are made of a metal alloy, and small spacer beads made of glass. The nuggets are strung onto thick tiger tail wire and the necklace closes with a sturdy clasp. The mine of origin is unconfirmed, but this appears to be high grade, natural American turquoise (Kingman would be my best guess). No markings or tags but could be Native American based on the bench bead construction. Estimated age is 1980s to 1990s.Estimated age is 1980s to 1990s. Measures 19" long, weight is 2.0 ounces. Nice condition, one tube bead near the clasp has a small dent.
