This you will never have another opportunity to buy I have four total of these 1943 steel Penney's that were extracted from the very plaque in the pictures .. they have been sealed in glass since 1945 they were graded by the u.s. mint as MS 69 AND were never touched by human hands..they are the nicest I have a ever saw in my 46 years of experience....I extracted them with rubber forceps .. there is no nics or scratches of any kind..the rims are even perfect condition..no abrassions nothing...they are original rite from the mint to the frame where they have remained until now...at auction I figure they will bring from 1500 to 3000 ...
