Extremely rare indie comic. This special edition was the true first appearance of Faust, predating the normal #1 by a year. It is signed twice by artist extraordinaire Tim Vigil: Once on the inside cover (on an attached card numbered *69* of 1000) and once on the outside cover. I am not the original owner of this comic. I understand that Northstar released a thousand of these with the interior signature. As I bought it, this copy came with documentation showing that the additional cover signature happened at a 2013 Las Vegas comic convention. Both Vigil signatures look absolutely authentic and I'm sure they'd pass authentication.
The book itself is in decent shape, though not NM; it has some handling wear and I'd call it VF-. I am not a professional grader. See scans and picture. Any questions, just ask!
