In 1989 the USPS and the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival teamed up and began making these Commemorative Cachets (envelopes), each year featuring a different iconic Jazz Musician. These are very rare and highly collectible memorabilia commemorating the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Each is part of a rare limited edition set!
