This is a 2017 Alolan Vulpix plush from the Crystal Season line the Pokemon Center did focused on Vulpix. I bought it secondhand while in Japan and it is in good condition but does have a few flaws. See photos and below for details.
It has no tags, not even a tush tag - although I couldn’t find where it was cut off so maybe it didn’t have one? The tail fluff I think was originally stitched to the back based on stock photos but isn’t anymore. And then the top fluff on its head seems to be a little loose as you can see the stitch that holds it down.
