This game has been tested on my personal console and it does load up, however, when the soundtrack begins to play while you're driving, it says "Loading..." in the middle of the screen a lot, if you turn the radio OFF in-game it happens a lot less. There are hairline scratches across the back of the disc and it looks like it was resurfaced before at least once, so it may just need resurfacing again to make it stop freezing so much.
Please see the photo of the disc, and know that this game does not play one hundred percent perfectly without "loading" at times.
