In February 1889, Mr. Jacob Prince along with his family embarked on what was becoming a very popular vacation - A “Holiday” in Bermuda.
What’s special about this holiday journal was that he was the first of millions to use a new camera, the Kodak #1 to take snapshots of his vacation while documenting each image.
This travelogue is very complete and the photos are reprinted in their actual, original size.
In addition to the diary and photos, Donald Stephens includes text and snippets from publications of the day to supplement and add context to this scarce out-of-print volume.
