This is a Big Lots Halloween 2024 Raven Scarecrow Animatronic by Tekky. The mechanism does not work as it fell on Halloween Day. The control box also seems to be pretty finicky on the intended 6V 2A adapter as it can turn on and off spontaneously, does not include one as the original item didn't, but all other parts are included. May work on batteries.
