i got it overseas so the price is pretty inflated (sorry). I believe hes brand new but please be aware that the seal has been taken off so it was most likely opened to check his condition and then put back. I can't find any signs of him being played with either so take it as you see fit.
his box is a little damaged (theres a tiny scratch on the back where the paper came off) but still passable/usable
this nendo line is pretty old so pls be mindful that some parts might not fit as smoothly as the newer nendoroids (paint can come off, his base/stand might be flimsy, etc)
