Christian Dior Sunglasses are the Classic Epitome of that Vintage Hollywood Glamour. They began making their iconic “Statement” sunglasses in the 1940’s.
These classic oversized statement sunglasses are from the 1980’s extremely rare excellent vintage condition. Made in Germany, Style 2320 90. Black frames with Pink Lilac ombré tint. One difficult to see scratch (from lamp plug) and one teeny dot. If there are more, they are not visible to me.
These precious sunnies lived in their silky vinyl pouch all their lives until I lost it in the last couple years. I can count with one hand, the number of times I wore them, and still have fingers left over.
To give you an idea for value comparison, there was a pair on a vintage eyewear site that were sold for $599 USD. There is currently a pair advertised on a few websites that seem to be the grey colored lenses heavily scratched and heavily pitted going for $149-$299 USD as of January 10, 2023.
