This lawn seed can grow in both full sun and partial shade. It is made up of bluegrass, perennial rye, and turf-type fescue, all of which respond well to poor soil and climatic conditions. This EZ Green Colorado Premium grass seed blend is drought-resistant, heat-resistant, and disease-resistant and contains endophytes for increased tolerance to insects that commonly attack turfgrass. It can withstand the occurrence of NRS (necrotic ring spot), which is common in bluegrass turf. This EZ green grass seed can cover up to 1000 square feet and is ideal for lawns, parks, and other areas that require pristine dark green grass.
