In order for the gel nail polish to glow it will need to be exposed to a light source to charge it. Sunlight is the most effective, but a bright uv light will work as well. The longer the polish is left in the light, the longer it will glow! A Warm Tips 1. Don 't apply gel on the skin and cuticle or the nail art design will peel off easily. 2.
