It is used as moisture protection for fractures, sprains, rashes, wounds, lacerations, splints, arms, legs, surgery, PICC sites, lymphedema therapy, and water therapy. If you need to keep a limb dry, the AquaShield cast cover has you covered. The AquaShield cast protector is made from latex-free, heavy-gauge polyurethane, a material renowned for its strength and elasticity. The cast cover features a pre-formed opening that can be stretched to five times its size — yet returns to within 3 percent of its original dimension.
