With a wider fit and higher volume than most La Sportiva shoes, the Jackal II GTX trail running shoe is sure to see us through tough runs that traverse technical terrain. The synthetic mesh uppers are reinforced with polyurethane overlays for durability and backed by waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX that's bonded directly to the uppers for less bulk, faster drying times, and better breathability. The shoe features plush cushioning with compression molded EVA midsoles and grippy outsoles that use FriXion rubber from La Sportiva's climbing shoes for better traction on rocky surfaces. The updated Jackal is lighter than its predecessor, made in part from recycled materials, and features vegan construction for a more ecologically responsible build.
