White Dragon Fruit, also commonly known as Pithaya and is a Cactus Fruit. It is native to Southern Mexico and parts of the pacific coast. Our White Dragon Fruit is sourced from Ecuador and Florida depending on seasonal availability. White dragon fruit has a juicy texture with crunchy edible seeds and is very mildly sweet. Some may say it reminds them of kiwi.
