APC Dry Contact I/O SmartSlot Card

The APC AP9613 is a Dry Contact I/O SmartSlot Card that expands the monitoring and control capabilities of any SmartSlot compatible APC UPS. By adding this card, you give the UPS a way to interact with external equipment and environmental sensors, making the power system an active part of your facility’s alert and automation workflow.

The card provides four input contacts that you can configure individually. These inputs let the UPS watch door switches, building alarms, cooling equipment, or other dry contact devices. Six relay outputs are also available. Map these outputs to UPS status events, then use them to start a generator, sound an external alarm, turn on indicator lights, or shut down non-critical loads.
