The Tripp Lite N280-04M-28-BK is a 4 meter SFP28 to SFP28 direct attach cable that uses Twinax copper conductors to move 25 Gigabit Ethernet traffic between switches, servers, and storage devices located in the same rack or in adjacent racks.

As a passive cable it contains no active electronics, so latency remains ultra-low and the link draws no additional power. The 25 Gbps throughput makes it a strong fit for server uplinks, storage networks, and high-performance computing clusters that demand fast east-west data movement within the data center.

Each end carries a zinc die cast SFP28 connector that shields the signal path from electromagnetic interference. Integrated pull tabs give technicians the extra leverage they need to release latches quickly when performing hot swapping in densely populated switch bays.
