Aruba 2930M 24G PoE+ 1-slot Switch

The Aruba JL320A is a member of the 2930M switch family that combines 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports with Power over Ethernet Plus support, allowing a single cable to carry both data and power to your access points, phones, or surveillance cameras.

This design works well in offices upgrading to Wi-Fi 6, school classrooms that rely on IP telephony, or retail floors that need constant video monitoring. With optional dual power supplies the unit can deliver up to 1440 watts of PoE, so high draw devices such as outdoor access points or multi sensor cameras stay fully powered without extra adapters.

Four of the 24 interfaces double as combo ports that accept RJ-45 copper or SFP fiber, giving you the freedom to choose regular Ethernet for nearby closets or fiber for longer runs across the campus. A switching capacity of 128 Gbps and throughput up to 95.2 million packets per second keep voice, video, and data flowing smoothly even when the network is busy.

When you need more ports, stack several 2930M units through the dedicated module slot and manage them as a single switch. Day to day administration is straightforward through a web GUI, an industry standard CLI, SNMP, or cloud based Aruba Central. The hardware relies on a dual core 1.016 GHz ARM processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of flash, and it fits neatly into a standard 1U rack space.
