The Tripp Lite NGI-U05E is a Gigabit Ethernet switch with five ports and an unmanaged design, built to keep critical devices connected in harsh industrial settings. It links controllers, cameras, workstations, and sensors to a common Gigabit LAN, letting data move at up to 1000 Mbps without the need for software configuration.

Each RJ45 port automatically negotiates 10, 100, or 1000 Mbps and handles MDI/MDI-X crossover on its own, so you can use any standard network cable. The switch learns MAC addresses as soon as devices are attached, making network expansion a matter of plugging in a cable.

An aluminum housing that is ruggedized for vibration and shock protects the electronics, while an extended temperature range from -40°C to 75°C keeps the switch operating on factory floors, in unheated warehouses, or inside outdoor control cabinets.

Mounting options cover both DIN rail and wall installations, and front-facing LEDs confirm power and link activity at a glance. Built-in EIP QoS gives priority to time-sensitive data, helping voice, video, or real-time sensor traffic stay smooth when the network is busy.
