- HOW TO MAKING ICE CREAM: Place the kitchen aid ice cream maker in the freezer at -24° for 2 days in advance , attach the drive assembly to the mixer, turn on the power and set it to 4-6 speeds, start the stand mixer, then pour the ice cream mixture into the freezer bowl. After 30 minutes, you will have thick and creamy homemade ice cream. NOTE: Be sure to start the mixer before pouring the ice cream, otherwise the drive assembly will freeze and break. Do not stop mixing until the ice cream is formed.
- EASY INSTALL: This kitchenaid mixer attachments with a ice cream bowl, dasher and drive assembly. The drive assembly port A is fit for 4.5-5QT Tilt-Head stand mixers, the port B fit for 6QT or larger Bowl-Lift mixers. IMPORTANCE: To install this kitchenaid ice cream attachment for kitchenaid 6QT bowl-lift mixer, please align bowl edge with back hooks first, then press down firmly until locked. Will prevent the ice cream bowl wobbling.
