This jacket is insulated and has a jean/thick textured outside to it, I purchased it for 219 last year at Macy’s for fall season and tried returning it because I bought a michael kors jacket that i liked better. It has a removable fleece lined front portion as well as hoody to make it a jacket alone. It is very high quality and will keep you warm with only a t-shirt on under it.
