This stunning, rare vintage, gold mesh Napier hair accessory has never been worn. It was given to me as a gift in the 1960’s when young girls all wore their hair long. Perfect to use now as a ponytail holder. Today different types of hair holders are very popular.
This is a convo piece for sure.
Much more beautiful in person! Shinier than the pictures indicate. The thick, intact mesh is intricately designed in a floral motif. The gold edging is thicker and makes the mesh really stand out.
It is well secured with a closed box clasp, which is used on expensive jewelry. Inside, on each side of the clasp it is signed.
This will be a piece that will be handed down for generations to come.
Highly collectible. Have never seen another like it.
