Timmy's Gift. This is a hand - painted animation cel. Cel is numbered b24/s16. Cel is in original gold frame. Has certified original cel paperwork attached on back. Certificate is a bit wavey. Bottom corner where 1992 stamp is a brown protector missing. Picture was never hung. Frame measures 15 1/4 × 12 1/4. Frame has original box. Box does have stain n marks. Does not seal. I took quite a few photos. Will take more and add more if requested.
