This vintage commercial Milkshake Mixer is called Mix 'N' Whip and it is a Product of Racine Electric. It is from the 1940's-1950's, it has a cast iron base, very heavy. It is porcelain and is jadite or mint green in color. it is about 20 1/4" tall and the base is about 8"x6". I found a video on You Tube if you are interested in watching it. It has a metal embossed label inset on the top front which reads: Racine Electric Product, Mix 'N' Whip, Pat App'd For, 115V AC-DC, Racine, Wis U.S.A. Also included is a stainless steel cup. It is in excellent condition.
