-bit dusty from long storage
-has lots of scratches, marks, etc from use
-some of design is scratched and coming off
-has lots of white dust marks
-missing red handle portion on back
-bottom bit dusty
-colors bit faded from old age
-does sharpen but since it’s an old item may not work as good anymore
-inside is very dusty and dirty from pencil shavings
