Hand woven Polish kelim rug or wool tapestry in a lovely naivistic pattern with flowers on a bright yellow background. The design is called "Osty" (thistles) and was designed by Maria Buiakowa (1901-1985) and made at
Zakopianskich Warsztatach Wzorcowych, Poland around 1960.
Details are printed on a label sewn to the back of the kilim.
